The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber Board of Directors appointed three new members who take their seats later this month. The new members include Dr. Lance Grahn, Dean and Chief Administrative Officer for Kent State University at Trumbull, John Walsh, CEO of Trumbull Memorial Hospital, and Mark Wenick, Executive Managing Director and Region President-Mahoning Valley for Talmer Bank and Trust.
The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber Board of Directors appointed three new members who take their seats later this month.
The new members include Dr. Lance Grahn, Dean and Chief Administrative Officer for Kent State University at Trumbull, John Walsh, CEO of Trumbull Memorial Hospital, and Mark Wenick, Executive Managing Director and Region President-Mahoning Valley for Talmer Bank and Trust.
Grahn recently replaced retired Dean Wanda Thomas at KSU-Trumbull. He previously served as professor, provost and vice president of academic affairs at the University of Central Arkansas.
Walsh has been with Trumbull Memorial since May of 2013. He holds degrees from the University of Toledo, Georgia State University and Kennesaw State University and has 15 years of experience in hospital administration.
Wenick has served in the banking industry since 1981. He is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law and Columbia University.
The Regional Chamber provides economic development and business services that promote the growth for the entire Valley. It emphasizes the importance of education to prepare the Valley’s future workforce for an increasingly competitive and global economy.
With nearly 2,900 members that employ approximately 125,000 workers, the Regional Chamber is the third-largest metro chamber in Ohio.
