Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Program is committed to supporting and strengthening the minority-, women-, veteran and disabled-owned businesses in the Valley by building opportunity networks and programming that provide these diverse businesses with resources and guidance.

DEIA initiatives:

• Among the initiatives in the program is Opportunity Ready, an accelerated 10-week program that helps owners scale their business, build capacity and promote supplier and vendor diversity through guidance, mentorship and training. The program, a combination of online and in-person learning, also provides participants with access to Chamber support and resources.
• Another new initiative is the Inclusion Collaborative, which has about a dozen Inclusion Advocates who advocate for policies and programs that support a more inclusive and sustainable local business environment. The advocates also advise the Chamber’s DEI Council, advance economic opportunities for the minority-, women-, veteran and disabled-owned businesses and help build bridges to the Chamber.
