Nico Morgione started at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber as Director of Government Affairs in November of 2024. In this role, he works with local government officials to advocate for Chamber members and manages the Lattes with Legislators series.

Nico holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University (YSU). Previously, Nico worked at YSU with a focus on building relationships with business and community partners to amplify our Workforce, Education and Innovation programs. 

Nico remains active in the community and serves on the board of the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals (MVYP). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing music with his band RDNA.
