Kelly McKee-Foos joined the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber in February 2025 as the marketing and graphics specialist. In this role, Kelly works with the Director of Marketing on the coordination and production of all the Chamber's marketing and communications products and activities.

Before joining the Chamber, McKee-Foos was the Marketing and Advertising Manager for Stambaugh Auditorium and then went on to work as the Director of Marketing for QUICKmed Urgent Care. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University where she majored in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations and was an active member and president of the Delta Zeta Sorority.

McKee-Foos and husband Joe live in Girard with their three children, Conor, Collin and Camryn.
