Jules Money is the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s 2025 Community Impact Summer Intern, where she contributes to initiatives that promote population growth, workforce development, and overall quality of life across Trumbull and Mahoning counties. A business management student at Kent State University, Jules brings a strong interest in social media marketing and community engagement, along with a passion for creative problem-solving and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Originally from Niles, Ohio, Jules grew up with a deep appreciation for Italian food and a lifelong love of basketball. Her strong local roots, team-oriented perspective, and energetic spirit, shape her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community she proudly calls home.
This summer, Jules is playing a key role in advancing the Chamber’s student retention and talent expansion efforts. She is helping lead the development of a new intern engagement program that connects young professionals with local employers while highlighting the Mahoning Valley’s dynamic career and lifestyle offerings. Her work includes crafting marketing content, managing social media outreach, and collaborating with regional businesses and higher education partners to enrich intern experiences.
In addition, Jules supports the rollout of the Chamber’s regional housing strategy and contributes to efforts that address employment barriers identified in the 2024 Community Needs Assessment. Through community outreach, partnership development and strategic planning, she helps advance the Chamber’s broader goal of expanding workforce participation and attracting future talent to the region.
