Becky Litowitz has been the Director of Member Services at the Regional Chamber since 2021 but joined the organization as Membership Specialist in 1998 and became Customer Service Manager in 2010. Litowitz maintains all membership information for nearly 2800 members and works with the Chamber’s preferred providers to maintain and market benefit programs that provide a range of cost savings and services.

She also provides support to staff for Valley Business Magazine and Take 5 features, billings and member rosters.  Litowitz created the popular Power Program, which started as small roundtable networking for members and has grown to bi-monthly, sold-out events.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Litowitz spent 12 years working as an administrative assistant at the Stambaugh Thompson Company’s Boardman Super Store. Upon Stambaugh’s closing in 1997, she attended the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center Adult Education and received her certificate in their Professional Practices program and then returned to Youngstown State University to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in 2013.

For the past 25 years, Litowitz has been an adult volunteer with Job’s Daughters International, a leadership program for girls between the ages of 10 and 20, and has served in many of the adult leadership positions of the Niles/Girard Chapter. In 2012 she was recognized by the state for her Distinguished Service to the organization and in 2023 received the Youth Advisor of the Year Award.

The Boardman resident and her husband Patrick have one daughter, Addie, who is married to their son-in-law, Patrick.  Their entire family support the “Adopt, Don’t Shop” campaigns for your family pets which over the years has provided them their Grand Puppy Mazie and their adorable Beagle Gracie Lou.
