Any Northeast Ohio employer interested in starting their own internship program or improving their existing internship program should attend this program.
Brenda Davis Smith, program manager of the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education, will provide registrants with a complete workbook describing all the steps and issues that arise when bringing students into the real-world workplace.
Small business owners and entrepreneurs without a dedicated HR staff member will find this session especially helpful as the fastest, easiest way to develop an internship program. It was written by the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education and is based on best practices specifically designed for Northeast Ohio employers.
