The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber has an agreement with the TMahoning County Commissioners to provide economic development services throughout the County.

These services include assisting companies by providing site/demographic/community data; access to/understanding of all applicable local/state/federal assistance programs; and pre-project planning and coordination.  The Chamber also serves as the County Enterprise Zone Manager as well as the Housing Officer for the North Jackson Community Reinvestment Area.
