But if customer retention is the end goal, listening intently and sticking with a calm, collected approach will help troubleshoot even the toughest complaint.

At this roundtable, James Miketa, president of Ideal Store Fixtures, Ltd. and RCS Consulting, will teach Chamber members to start treating customer feedback as a gift.
