Launched in December 2008 by the Regional Chamber through a federal grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration and contributions from Charter One Bank and AT&T, the REACH Program offers counseling and consulting services to businesses in Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence counties.
