Projected Employment: The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has produced the Job Outlook to 2014 for the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman metroplitan area. Local businesses anticipate a change in employment over the next few years due to the number of baby boomers retiring.

The Regional Chamber works closely with the Ohio One Stop. The OneStop offers a range of services for job seekers, including:
- One-Stop can help to create a resume and prepare for job interviews.
- One Stop also offers services that are tailored to the needs of the mature job seeker, over the age of 40.
- One-Stop can help to place workers with employers that have job openings in a specific field.
- One-Stop offers career and skills inventory testing and related resources for identifying jobs that are available in these fields.
- One-Stop assists with technical, vocational and career education; and helps to find grants and loans for training.
The One-Stop is designed to help you to prepare for a job and connect you with employers. The services are FREE of charge.
