Thank you for your interest in serving the Mahoning Valley. An internship with the Regional Chamber provides an opportunity to experience day-to-day life at a regional chamber of commerce while working on a variety of tasks and projects.

In addition to normal office duties, interns volunteer at special events, participate in sales calls and attend government and economic development meetings in the Mahoning Valley. Regional Chamber internships are unpaid positions, and participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation. College credit can usually be secured by the participant through their school’s academic or career services department. Students typically work 16 to 20 hours per week. Approximately 10 interns are chosen each spring, summer and fall to participate in this highly rewarding program.
