Leadership Mahoning Valley
The mission of Leadership Mahoning Valley (LMV) is to identify, educate and motivate community leaders to address the challenges facing the Mahoning Valley. Mahoning County Commissioners
The Regional Chamber has an agreement with the Mahoning County Commissioners to provide economic development services throughout the county. These services include assisting companies by providing site, demographic and community data; access to and understanding of all applicable local, state and federal assistance programs; and pre-project planning and coordination. The Chamber also serves as the County Enterprise Zone Manager, as well as the Housing Officer for the North Jackson Community Reinvestment Area. Trumbull County Commissioners
The Regional Chamber has an agreement with the Trumbull County Commissioners to provide economic development services throughout the county. The services include 150 personal visits and follow-up assistance to Trumbull County firms, developing marketing materials that promote the area and creating an inventory of good, available Trumbull County sites and buildings. The mission of the Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corporation is to revitalize the Central Business District of Youngstown, Ohio, through the zealous pursuit and promotion of downtown development activities. Through its efforts, YCACIC promotes jobs and activity in Downtown Youngstown; encourages and supports commercial, retail and residential activities; supports and grows an Arts & Entertainment District; creates and promotes a safe and clean downtown environment; and develops relationships with the surrounding community.
